Standard Reservations:
- After confirmation all reservations are non-refundable.*
Changes to Reservations:
- Changes to the date or time of the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- All requests for changes must be made through email to info@casasdocinzeiro.pt
Over Bookings after reservation confirmation:
- We allocate a 24-hour period to verify any overbooking caused by calendar synchronization errors. In the rare instances this occurs, we will offer to transfer you to a similar accommodation (when available) or provide a full refund. We appreciate your understanding.
Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your booking or offer a refund where applicable.
