The house is completely integrated into the surrounding nature and, from inside the house, you can see stunning landscapes in all directions, such as the sea in front of the house and the mountains that start in the garden.
You can also witness all the splendor of nature while taking a swim in the pool that the house has to offer.
The most present sound is birdsong during the day and crickets at night.

The house is a hospitable century-old house for rent where you can spend unique moments on São Miguel Island, in the Azores. Ideal place for nature lovers to get lost in unique moments.
The house was degraded, in ruins and was restored by us during 2019. We sought to maintain the identity of the house, focusing on the magnificent view and location in a peaceful place suitable for holidays where contact with the natural elements is a constant.

You will have access to the entire property, as the house is rented to only one client at a time.

In 2022, to meet demand and following the company’s growth, a new project was started to restore another house in ruins, following the work carried out on the other three houses already in operation, which was completed in December 2023.

Arriving in December 2023, after completing its rehabilitation, Casa do Cinzeiro begins its activity, representing a strong commitment to offering a residence where traditional architecture is visible in the design and materials used as well as in the refinement of its finishes and decoration.

Innovation is also present in the services that this unit offers, heated pool, massage area in the pool, waterfall, air conditioning throughout the house, stove in the living room, among many services, in a house where renewable energy is available. present as in the case of water heating and part of the electrical energy used in the house.

These renewable energies, in this case solar, are produced there through photovoltaic panels and solar thermal panels, thus contributing to reducing the ecological footprint produced by this tourist house.
